Text Messaging and SMS Communications

If You provide Your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS or text messages from My CRM LLC, We may use Your mobile number to send You transactional, informational, service-related, or marketing text messages, depending on the consent You provided.

Your mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent will not be sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging services You requested. We may disclose mobile information, SMS opt-in status, and consent records only to service providers that help Us deliver text messages, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, carriers, compliance vendors, and other vendors necessary to operate Our SMS program.

These restrictions apply regardless of the method of transfer and apply to all categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions
